I have needed body work twice recently, one major and one fairly minor. Both times the office staff were friendly and helpful. Mark and Veronica made the whole experience painless, including connecting with State Farm insurance and Enterprise rental car for the vehicle I'd be using while my car was in the shop. The first time happened while a big convention was in town, so rental cars were in short supply. The two of them called several Enterprise locations trying to find me a car, and when none could be found, they moved the start date of the repair to a day when a rental was available. (The car was drivable). Then, they didn't have a repair appointment time available on that second date, but arranged one for me at another Fix location, AND HANDLED GETTING THE CAR TO AND FROM the other location. Both the shop and the office are the cleanest and quietest of any body shop I've ever seen.

Great job with car but also appreciated the partnership they had with Enterprise Auto to do pick up and drop off of rental at their location while the car is in the shop. They managed to source and manufacture parts for a 22 year old car quickly and easily.

My car is like new. The body work on my car was done quickly, returned to me ahead of schedule, and it is beautiful work. I am grateful for the attention and care my car received at Fix Auto Folsom, and also for the attention and care we received ourselves from the people at Fix Auto.

Josh, Mark and Franco are a great team. My car was here last month for damage that was repaired to perfection. So when my car was damaged again only 2 weeks after getting it back, there was no question where I would take it. I also want to thank the paint and body guys that work behind the scenes and do such amazing work. Follow up, got my car back from the second event. Once again everything was flawless. Thank you to the entire team including those who may not get recognized often enough. Thank you to the body work, paint and detailed. Highly recommend.
