I’ve been involved in three auto accidents, and in the past I’ve always taken my vehicle to Tesla repair shops. This time, I went with Fix Auto Collision Center, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the beginning, they were straightforward, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. They even helped me find a rental and made sure communication was clear every step of the way. A huge shoutout to Erik, who was an amazing representative of the company. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made the entire process as stress-free as possible. I also had an issue with my window that was unrelated to the accident, and as a courtesy, they went ahead and fixed it for me. That level of customer service really stood out. I would highly recommend Fix Auto Collision Center to anyone who needs collision repair. If I’m ever in this situation again, they will absolutely be my first choice. I would definitely take my car back to fix auto. They fixed my back rear bumper. They took all the scratches away in the dent. The color is beautiful matched. Their professionalism was amazing. Their communication with me was on point everything they told me they were gonna do they did and I will continue to return if I have to. I hope I don’t.
