I was very skeptical going to a tesla certified repair shop opposed to just going to tesla directly. i went to the dtla fix auto location at first and was not out at ease. I walked into El Segundo Fix Auto and was met w/ professionalism I saw a few other tesla’s being serviced and Luis took care of me. I def would come back if ever.
