I used Fix Auto Tacoma South about a year and a half ago. Will is amazing. He's the owner, but he spoke with me personally whenever I requested him. He gave me a quote that was out of my price range, and I was trying to figure out what to do. He then gave me a new quote that saved me a good amount of money (and I decided not to paint it) which I was able to afford. He also tried his hardest to get me new parts that match my current car color. They stopped making a certain part in silver (and now produce it only in black), but Will's team looked everywhere for a used part in silver before informing me that it was something out of our control. I was fine with this, and the other big part I needed was black, which matched. One of the best parts was that they cleaned my very dirty car. They washed the outside, including ridding it of some moss that had been growing in some areas, and they vaccuumed the cabin. I was pretty excited about that. Between that and the newer style lights, it looked like a new car (even with the black parts). I've received multiple compliments since then that it actually looks better now than it did before.

This is one of those places that you don't want to have to go to, but if you do need a body shop, this should be your place. They were so helpful -- from my first call with Jocelyn to set my appointment and clearly talked through the steps. Then Caitlyn who supported the insurance conversations and texted me with helpful updates. They understand customer service and how people want to be treated when they are in stressful situations. And then, the work. Wow -- it felt like we had a brand-new car. Not only did they do a phenomenal job on the body work, but they completely detailed the inside of our car before we picked it up!

From the first telephone call to Fix Auto Tacoma South, to driving away with services complete my expectations were exceeded time and time again. Consistent communication to ensure I understood the processes and had my questions addressed, professionalism of the team, and the efficiencies in the work itself - I couldn't have asked for more. The final outcome of the repair work was what looks like a brand new vehicle. Thank you ever so much to each of those who create an environment that promotes a level of trust and understanding during all of those moving parts to the processes when their customer has been in a collision...Deep gratitude!

Fantastic service. From start process to end was smooth. Dropped my car. They updated me with everything happening with my car vìa text, email, and phone call. Notified me when my car was ready. Sent me the bill in advance. Communicated with my insurance company. Detailed my car at the end before I picked it up. My driver side mirror (which is connected to my system in the car) was taken cleanly off by another driver and they were able to repair it seamlessly back to its original condition. Repair was done in a timely manner and anytime there was a delay, and they notified me immediately and gave me an estimated time of when it was expected to be done.
