A few weeks ago, I was rear-ended and my insurance recommended Fix Auto Santee. I received the estimate and promptly turned in my car. The entire process was incredibly easy and quick! I primarily communicated with Ed G., who was both professional and friendly. Surprisingly, my car was completed much earlier than anticipated and looks fantastic! I’m definitely going back to Fix Auto Santee for any future cosmetic repairs. Thank you so much!

I had to bring my vehicle to Fix Auto Santee after it was hit while it was parked, so it was already a stressful and inconvenient situation. From start to finish, the team made the entire repair process as smooth as possible. A special thank you to Alex and Ed for their outstanding professionalism, communication, and customer service. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions, and delivered my vehicle on the promised completion date. The quality of the repairs was excellent, and my car looks great. Being an approved repair shop with Farmers Insurance also made the claims process seamless and hassle-free, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Fix Auto Santee to anyone looking for quality repairs and exceptional customer service.

Fix Auto Santee was absolutely incredible!!! They informed me that the repair process may take a while since I own a Tesla and they are one of the only Tesla Certified Shops around. Throughout the entire process, I was frequently updated on the status of my car, and the repairs were finished a whole week early! The repairs were done correctly and look like the damage never occurred. I highly recommend Fix Auto Santee!

The best repair shop I’ve ever been to. I discovered them through my dealership they recommended I go to Fix Auto Santee. So happy with the outcome it looks brand new and she drives great. Customer service is wonderful Ed was amazing at always keeping me informed about the process with my vehicle and always answered any questions I had in detail. My car was done when promised, I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family if they needed somewhere to repair their car.
